identify what is so heavy about this and why it weighs us down
work through our resistance to release and why it feels so hopeless
callout areas we are comfortable in and thus confined to holding our grip
evaluate how we can help another through the same process of release reminding us exactly what we need for this process too
work through grief and loss and the transition of change noting if and when we need to reach out for some assistance or guidance
harness courage as we face the harshest of truths we must face in order to fully embrace what we must accept
aim towards targets to which we can rest our trust in as we work through the surrender process
remember or discover our wild side so that we can replace what we release with grace
transform perspective as we realize the tremendous growth this journey has brought
